MORE TO IT
It’s rarely just fashion. What about strategy? What about the meaning? What about the person wearing it? See, for me, there’s more to it.

Does Sartorial Rebellion Exist in 2023?
Be it social conditioning or simple repetition, in the new year I can get lost in thoughts of what’s new, what’s over, and what will stay the same. I try not to fall into the full-on sure to set oneself up for failure, “New year, new me,” mantra, but I’m likely splitting hairs. All that to say, come the new year I pose the following question to myself: what is new in the world of fashion in 2023?
Make Room for Fabulous 2021... Bye 2020
At long last, this dumpster fire of a year is nearly, but a mere day away, from being over. Although it has been brutal - and affected our most vulnerable communities the hardest - like any other secure millennial, I want to focus on what’s to come. Welcome in 2017 By Celebrating Your Style
Rather than looking back on 2016 with dully-deserved disappointment it may be time to switch gears. 2016 was rough. I’ll, too, save you from the way too sugary sweet and trite #blessed and #grateful posts – though they can be a lovely to take a minute and reflect back with positivity – and get right to what I hope for 2017. I hope there is celebration.
Saying Goodbye to the Garbage of 2015
I'm all for editing down, making sure you surround yourself with people and things that bring you joy, and getting rid of junk that brings you down. Especially as we gear up to welcome a new year. For the final post of 2015, I'm taking out the trash.
